Reading energy is as natural to me as breathing.

I’m a super empath—highly intuitive and deeply attuned to the emotions of others. I first noticed this around the age of seven, when my younger sister, who was five at the time, stepped on a piece of glass. I started crying—not because I was hurt, but because I could feel her pain and fear. Alongside that feeling came an overwhelming sense of responsibility to help her. Being empathic connects me to others in a profound and meaningful way, especially my clients.

Like many, my path to discovering my life purpose was anything but linear. As I approached my 40th birthday, I had a powerful realization: I wasn’t living an authentic life. I had abandoned my dreams and was moving through the motions, doing what others—and society—expected of me. For years, I was told, “You can’t do that,” or “You can’t be that,” and somewhere along the way, I started believing it.

Then one day, my daughter asked me, “Mom, what are you most afraid of?”
The answer hit me like a lightning bolt: “Not living my life the way I choose.”

At the time, I was juggling a 50-hour work week, marriage, two children, and all the responsibilities of home. That question changed everything. From that day forward, I began making choices that served my highest good and happiness. It wasn’t easy—but step by step, day by day, I began to change. I began to come back to myself. My life has never been the same.

Now, when I’m not laying crystal grids or offering Oracle readings, you can often find me swirling joyfully on my roller skates—a passion I’ve loved since the '80s and still my favorite way to have fun.
