For when you are ready — in your
own time, and your own space.

There is a version of you that existed before the world started asking so much. She moved slowly. She rested without guilt. She knew, without needing to be told, that she was enough exactly as she was.
She hasn't gone anywhere. She is quieter now, waiting with more patience than you have ever given yourself. And the practice of returning to her is not about becoming someone new—it is about remembering someone you have always been.
The first return
Returning to yourself does not begin with a grand gesture. It begins with a single, quiet moment of honesty: noticing that you have drifted, that the woman in the mirror has been running on someone else's schedule.
Rest is not what you earn at the end. It is how you find your way back.

This is the heart of it. Not productivity. Not optimization. A gentle, deliberate turning back toward the parts of yourself you set down when life asked you to be everything to everyone.
The body keeps a quiet record of everything we ask it to endure. Rest is how we begin to read it back.

The Practice
How to begin
Begin where you are. Not where you think you should be, not on the first of the month, not when things finally calm down — because they will not calm down on their own. You begin in the middle of the mess, and that is exactly as it should be.

You are not behind. You are not broken. You are a woman remembering her way home—and that, more than anything, is the most beautiful work there is.
With love and intention,
